Creating a team workspace

A team workspace lets multiple creators share projects, templates, and billing in one Content OS instead of forwarding login credentials against policy.

Create a team

Go to Settings, open Team, and choose Create team workspace. Name it after your show, agency, or company. You become the Owner with full admin rights.

What transfers

Team workspaces have their own projects, storage quota, and brand assets. Personal projects stay in your private workspace unless you intentionally move production into the shared team.

Billing

Upload shared logos, save brand templates, then invite Editors. Switch workspaces from the footer switcher anytime without logging out of your personal account.
