Inviting team members

Invite teammates when clip production becomes a group effort. Everyone shares templates, quotas, and folders in one Content OS instead of emailing MP4s back and forth.

Send an invite

Owners open Settings, go to Team members, enter an email, and pick Owner or Editor. The invitee receives email with a join link that expires if ignored.

Accepting

Invitees create or sign into a Choppity account with the same email address. After accepting, the team appears in their workspace switcher immediately alongside their personal space.

Seat limits

Each plan includes a member allowance. Starter and Pro list exact seat counts in Which plan is right for me?. Add capacity by upgrading or contact us for Enterprise arrangements with larger rosters.

Offboarding

Remove members when they leave to protect billing and content. Revoke API keys they created if they had Owner access during their tenure.
