Connect your YouTube channel to publish Shorts and regular uploads from Choppity. Linking once lets you draft captions, set visibility, and post or schedule without switching apps.
Before you connect
Social connections are available on paid plans. Free accounts can create and edit in Choppity but need to upgrade to connect YouTube. Use the Google account that owns the channel, or one with owner or manager access on YouTube Studio.
Connect your channel
- Open Social profiles from the sidebar.
- Click Connect beside YouTube.
- Sign in with Google in the popup and choose the correct YouTube channel if you manage more than one.
- Approve the requested permissions. The popup closes when the connection succeeds.
What happens next
From any clip, open the posting drawer to edit title, description, and YouTube-specific settings. Reconnect from Social profiles if you see an expired status.
