Zapier connects Choppity to thousands of apps so you can automate Content OS workflows without maintaining your own server cron jobs.

Common Zaps

Trigger clip generation when a row is added in Google Sheets, send Slack alerts when renders complete, or copy transcript text into Notion automatically after Transcribe finishes.

Authentication

Create a Choppity API key labeled "zapier" as a team Owner. Paste it into Zapier's Choppity connection screen using the Key auth mode described in our API docs.

Build tips

Use webhooks via Zapier catch hooks for completion events instead of guessing wait times with long delays. Map upload ids between Zap steps explicitly so jobs chain reliably.

Quota awareness

Automated runs consume the same video hours and storage as manual uploads. Monitor usage during heavy Zaps at month end when marketing batches many files at once.
