Choppity plans scale from free exploration to agency-grade volume. This guide breaks down what each tier includes, what it costs in USD, and how limits work so you can pick the right fit.

The short answer

• Free - Try the full Choppity experience with 1 free hour of AI Analysis + 2gb of storage. Create, edit, and explore every feature. Downloading and scheduling are not included.

• Starter - Best for solo creators publishing regularly. Includes 3 AI Analysis Hours per month.

• Pro - Best for creators and small teams producing at volume. Scale AI Analysis Hours from 5 all the way up to 100 per month.

• Enterprise - For agencies and large teams with custom requirements.

AI Analysis Hours vs storage

AI Analysis Hours are what power long-to-short clip generation (upload, AI transcription, scene detection, and clip scoring). The app shows this as analysis hours in the usage chip.

Cloud storage is separate: it is how much source video and project data you can keep. Having storage free does not mean you can run more AI analysis. If you hit a limit while generating clips, you need more AI Analysis Hours.

Free: full access, two limits

Free accounts can use Choppity's core product: generate clips, edit in the full editor, use the Ideas board, transcribe, record your screen, apply captions, and more. You get a real feel for the platform before paying.

What Free does not include:

• Downloading clips - Export and download are locked. Upgrade to save MP4 files to your device.

• Scheduling and posting - Connect social accounts, post immediately, and schedule content from the calendar are paid features.

Free also includes monthly capacity limits (see tables below). No credit card required to sign up.

Pricing at a glance

Prices below reflect annual billing (30% off). Monthly billing is also available at the standard rate. Visit the Upgrade page in the app for live USD pricing.

Pro scaling: Pro includes 5 AI Analysis Hours per month by default. On the Upgrade page, use the AI Analysis Hours slider on the Pro card to increase your allowance — up to 100 hours per month. Price scales with the hours you select.

If long-to-short generation is your main workflow and you have plenty of storage but ran out of analysis hours, you do not need to switch plans.

1. Open the Upgrade page.

2. On the Pro card, increase the AI Analysis Hours slider (up to 100 hours per month).

3. Complete checkout. Your new allowance applies for the current billing period.

Most cost-effective options:

• Increase AI Analysis Hours on the slider if you only need a few more hours per month on monthly billing.

• Annual billing (30% off) if you produce every month. Annual is billed upfront at the discounted rate.

Which plan should I pick?

• Just exploring? Start on Free. You can test the full create-and-edit workflow before upgrading.

• Publishing solo? Starter gives you downloads, scheduling, and 3 AI Analysis Hours per month.

• High volume or small team? Pro scales AI Analysis Hours up to 100/month and supports 2 team members.

• Agency or large team? Enterprise for unlimited usage, custom integrations, and dedicated support.

Billing FAQs

• Can I switch plans? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades typically start at your next renewal.

• I subscribed to yearly but wanted monthly? Cancel and resubscribe with monthly billing. You will not be billed twice — unused annual payment becomes account credit applied to future monthly invoices. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan.

• I'm on Pro but only need more long-to-short hours? Increase the AI Analysis Hours slider on the Upgrade page (up to 100 hours per month).

• Refund policy? Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but unused annual payments may become account credit when switching to monthly. See our full Refund policy.

• When does usage reset? On the 1st of each calendar month.

• Credit card for Free? No. Sign up free without a card.
