Exported clip has audio or video issues

Export issues usually trace to source footage, browser preview limits, or interrupted renders. Diagnose systematically before re-editing an entire clip from scratch.
Video problems
Stuttery exports may come from variable frame rate phone footage. Re-export after updating the clip. Black frames often mean a trim point sits on a bad keyframe; nudge in or out one frame in the timeline.
Audio problems
Quiet voice with loud music means ducking needs adjustment in the Music panel. Missing audio can mean a muted track on the timeline. Profanity mute may silence more than expected; review the profanity word list carefully.
Preview vs export
Chrome preview is not identical to the final MP4. Download the export and test on your phone. Free plan previews include a watermark until you upgrade to Starter or Pro.
Still broken
Try a fresh render from the folder page. Contact support with the clip ID, browser version, and a short screen recording of the issue if problems persist after retry.
