Team billing and seats connect your subscription to how many people can work in the Content OS and how much video you can process each month.

Who manages billing

Only Owners on the root team open Stripe checkout, update payment methods, or change plans. Editors see usage meters but not invoices or card details.

Seats and members

Each paid plan includes a set number of members. Inviting beyond your allowance requires upgrading or removing inactive users. Treat seats like licenses you pay for monthly.

Usage vs seats

Seats control people. AI Analysis Hours and cloud storage control processing volume. Both appear in the usage menu. Pro lets you increase AI Analysis Hours on the Upgrade page (up to 100 hours per month) when one seat needs more throughput.

Child teams

Enterprise setups may use sub-teams with allocated quotas. Child team billing rolls up to the parent Owner who sees consolidated usage across the organization.
