Connecting your Instagram and Reels account

Link Instagram to publish Reels, carousels, and single-image posts from Choppity. Your connected profile appears on Social profiles so your team knows which account will publish.

What you can post

Choppity supports Instagram Reels, carousel posts, and single posts. Reels work well for short clips from your projects.

Before you connect

Social account connections require a paid plan. Upgrade if you are on Free. You need an Instagram account set up as a professional account (Creator or Business).

Connect Instagram

1. Go to Social profiles in the dashboard sidebar.
2. Click Connect next to Instagram.
3. Complete the authorize flow in the popup. Log into Instagram or Facebook if prompted, then approve access.
4. Return to Choppity. Your Instagram handle should appear as connected.

Tips for Reels

Preview your Reel caption and media in the posting drawer before you hit publish. If the connection expires, use Reconnect on Social profiles.
