Contacting support and reporting a bug

We are here to help with billing, publishing, editing, and bugs. The fastest way to reach us depends on whether you are signed in.
Contact support in the app
Click Contact in the dashboard sidebar footer. This opens the Choppity messenger so we can see your account context. Describe what you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Email support
You can also write to support@choppity.com. Include your account email, team name, browser, and screenshots if something looks wrong. For billing, attach a receipt from Settings then View receipts.

When reporting a bug, please share:
Steps to reproduce the issue
The page or feature (posting drawer, calendar, editor, etc.)
Any error message on screen
Approximate time the issue occurred
Screen recordings help us fix publishing and editor issues faster.
