Connecting your TikTok account

Connect TikTok to publish and schedule clips without leaving Choppity. Once linked, your handle shows on Social profiles and you can post from the posting drawer or content calendar.

Before you connect

Connecting social accounts is a paid feature. If you are on the Free plan, upgrade first from Settings or the upgrade page. You need a TikTok account you can log into, and you must be the account owner or have permission to post from it.

Connect TikTok

1. Open Social profiles from the dashboard sidebar.
2. Find TikTok and click Connect.
3. A popup opens TikTok's authorize screen. Sign in if asked, review the permissions, and approve.
4. When the popup closes, TikTok should appear as connected with your username.

If your browser blocks popups, allow popups for Choppity and try again.

After you connect

Open a clip and use the posting drawer to customize captions and TikTok settings before you publish or schedule. If TikTok later shows as Expired, click Reconnect on Social profiles.
