Switching between personal and team workspaces

Switch between personal and team workspaces to separate side projects from client or company production while keeping one login and one password.

Where to switch

Use the team switcher in the dashboard footer. Personal workspace shows your individual name. Team workspaces show the team name you joined or created for shared work.

What changes

Projects, Ideas, storage, templates, and usage meters reflect the active workspace. Editing in the wrong workspace confuses collaborators, so glance at the switcher before uploading client footage.

Multiple teams

You can belong to several teams plus personal. Only one workspace is active at a time. Invites add new entries automatically after acceptance without a support ticket.

Default tip

Do client work only inside the client team workspace so assets and quotas stay isolated from personal experiments and hobby uploads.
