I can't log in or reset my password

Cannot get into Choppity? Most login problems are fixed with the right sign-in method or a fresh password reset link.

Sign in with the method you used before

Choppity supports email and password sign-in plus Sign in with Google. If you originally used Google, you must continue with Google. Email users should use the same email address registered to the account.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the login page at app.choppity.com.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your account email and send the reset link.
  4. Open the email from Choppity and follow the link to choose a new password.
  5. Return to login and sign in with the new password.

Check spam or promotions folders if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
