Updating your payment method

Keep your subscription active by keeping a valid card on file. Choppity uses Stripe for secure billing. Update your payment method anytime without cancelling your plan.

Open the billing portal

Team owners can update cards through Stripe's customer portal. Start from Settings then Subscription, or open the portal when managing your plan on the upgrade page.

Update your card

1. Sign in as the team owner.
2. Open the Stripe customer portal from Settings or billing links in the app.
3. Choose payment method or billing details.
4. Add a new card or replace the existing one, then save.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe retries on a schedule and you may see an in-app prompt to fix billing. Update your card promptly to avoid interruption to posting, scheduling, and analysis.

Currency

Subscriptions are billed in USD. Your bank may convert charges if your card uses another currency.
