Upgrading or downgrading your plan

You can change plans as your content volume grows. Upgrades unlock more allowance and features like posting and scheduling. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upgrade your plan
Open Settings from the sidebar.
In the Subscription card, click Upgrade, or visit the upgrade page from any paywall.
Choose Starter or Pro. Prices are shown in USD with monthly or yearly billing.
Complete checkout securely through Stripe.
Upgrades usually apply right away. Your allowance and paid features activate as soon as payment succeeds.
Add more AI Analysis Hours on Pro
Already on Pro and only need more long-to-short generation capacity? You do not need to change plan tiers.
Open the Upgrade page.
On the Pro card, drag the AI Analysis Hours slider to increase your monthly allowance (up to 100 hours).
Complete checkout. Your new allowance applies for the current billing period.
AI Analysis Hours are separate from cloud storage. If you still have storage but see "You're out of analysis hours," increase the Pro slider rather than looking for a storage add-on.
For the most cost-effective rate, consider switching to annual billing (30% off), billed upfront. There is no separate analysis-only purchase. For custom volume beyond 100 hours, contact us via Contact in the dashboard.
Downgrade or change plan
Team owners can open the Stripe customer portal from upgrade or billing flows to switch to a lower tier or adjust units on scalable plans. Downgrades typically start at the next renewal so you keep current features until then.
Switch between monthly and annual billing
You can change billing interval (monthly β annual) from the Upgrade page or the Stripe customer portal in Settings.
Accidentally chose annual instead of monthly?
If you meant to subscribe monthly but paid for annual, you will not be billed twice when you cancel and resubscribe on monthly billing.
Cancel your current subscription. See Cancelling your subscription.
Resubscribe on the Upgrade page with monthly billing selected.
When you switch from annual to monthly, the unused portion of your annual payment is applied as account credit on your Stripe billing profile. Future monthly renewals draw from that credit first. Your card is only charged when the credit is used up.
Example: Pro annual billing is $243.6/year upfront (30% off). Pro monthly billing is $29/month. If you switch from annual to monthly, that $243.6 credit typically covers about six months of monthly billing before your card is charged again.
Credit amounts depend on your plan, billing interval, and how much of the annual period remains. If an invoice looks wrong, contact support from the app with your account email and we can confirm your credit balance.
Switching from monthly to annual
Upgrading to annual billing usually takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates your current monthly plan and charges the annual rate. See Plans and pricing explained for annual savings.
Who can manage billing
Only the team owner sees subscription controls in Settings. Other members should ask their owner to change the plan.
