Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Choppity subscription anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings (team owner only).
- Open the Subscription card.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the cancellation flow. You may see a short survey before confirmation.
After you confirm, your plan stays active until the current billing cycle ends.
What happens after cancellation
When the period ends, your team moves to the Free plan. Paid features such as social posting, scheduling, and extra analysis allowance stop. Your projects, clips, and exports remain in your account.
Changed your mind?
Resubscribe from Settings or the upgrade page before your period ends to avoid losing scheduled posts tied to paid publishing.
Subscribed to the wrong billing interval?
If you chose annual billing but wanted monthly (or the other way around), cancel and resubscribe with the correct interval on the Upgrade page.
You will not be charged twice. If you already paid for an annual plan and switch to monthly, the unused prepaid amount becomes account credit on your billing profile. Stripe applies that credit to future monthly invoices before charging your card.
