How Choppity's AI picks the best moments

Choppity's AI watches your full video (and reads the transcript) to find moments worth clipping. You stay in control with duration, style, and optional instructions.
What the AI looks for
- Strong openings (hooks): lines that grab attention in the first seconds
- Clear stories: coherent start-to-finish beats, not random fragments
- Emotion and energy: laughter, emphasis, surprises
- Context: enough setup that the clip makes sense alone
Each clip gets scores (hook, framing, coherence, emotion) and badges like More views or Share value so you can sort by goal on the folder page.
How custom instructions change results
On the customize step, add optional custom instructions (for example: only pricing objections, or funny guest moments). The AI biases clip selection toward your brief. Without instructions, Choppity delivers a balanced general mix.
From moments to editable clips
Selected segments become projects with captions, aspect ratio, and timeline already set. You can trim, rewrite captions, and publish from the same Content OS.
Tips
- Speak clearly and avoid long dead air for better transcript matching.
- One strong topic per upload beats a rambling 2-hour file for focused clips.
- Sort clips by objective on the folder page after generation.
