Viewing and downloading invoices

Every successful charge generates a receipt you can view inside Choppity or download for your records, expense reports, and tax filing.

View receipts in the app

1. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar.
2. Find the Subscription card (team owners only).
3. Click View receipts.

A list shows each payment amount in USD, paid status, date, and a download link.

Download an invoice

Click the download button next to any paid receipt. Stripe opens a PDF invoice in a new tab. Save or print it for your accounting system.

Missing receipts

If a recent payment is missing, wait a few minutes and refresh. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact support with the receipt ID or date.
