Sharing brand templates across your team

Shared templates let teams ship one visual standard across every creator in a workspace. Your Content OS becomes a single source of truth for brand look instead of a folder of mismatched exports.
How sharing works
Templates saved on a team workspace are available to all members with Editor or Owner access. Personal workspace templates stay private until you move production into a team built for collaboration.
Set up a team template library
Create a team from the team switcher, save templates from the clip editor or the Generate clips customize step, and name them clearly by client, show, or campaign. New members pick from the same list the next time they start a long-to-short video project, without Slack threads asking which font to use.
Permissions
Owners can limit who edits master templates using workspace restrictions. Editors consume templates but may not change locked brand elements like logo position or primary colors once leadership approves them.
Workflow tip
Document which template maps to which show in the Ideas board description field. Producers spend zero time guessing which look to apply before batch export day.
