Applying a template to all generated clips

Applying a template keeps batch production consistent. Your Content OS styles every clip in a folder the same way when you pick a template before analysis runs.
Apply when you generate clips
When you start a new long-to-short video project, pick your brand template on the customize step before analysis runs. From Projects, open Generate clips (or Short clips), add your source, then choose a saved template or Default style. Every clip Choppity generates inherits that styling automatically, which is the fastest path for weekly shows.
Try a different template on the same source
Want a new look without re-uploading? Start another batch with the Existing video tab, pick the same source from your library, and choose a different template on the customize step. A new folder appears when processing completes. See Regenerating clips with different settings for the full walkthrough.
When to create a new template
Refresh brand colors or swap logos on the Customize step, then click Save as new template. Use it on your next generate-clips run so new batches pick up the change. If you are at your template limit, delete the old version from the Template dropdown first. See Editing or deleting a brand template. Keep a backup template copy if you experiment with seasonal color variants for holidays or campaigns.
Team tip
Owners can restrict template edits on child workspaces. Editors still generate clips with the approved master template applied uniformly, which protects client brand rules at scale.
