Export transcripts from Choppity when you need show notes, subtitles elsewhere, or SEO text. Your Content OS keeps text synced with video so downstream teams trust the copy.

Supported formats

  • SRT for most video players and desktop editors
  • VTT for web players and HTML5 embeds
  • TXT plain text for blogs, newsletters, and scripts

How to export

Open a completed Transcript generator job or a clip transcript panel. Choose Export, pick the format, and download. Edits you made in the transcript editor are included in the file.

Standalone vs clip transcripts

Standalone jobs export the full source speech. Clip exports cover only the trimmed segment, ideal for social captions, quote graphics, or partial blog embeds.

Downstream uses

Turn TXT into LinkedIn posts in the Ideas board, or upload SRT to platforms that accept subtitle files. Keep a TXT archive for search across episodes when planning future clip batches.
