Creating your first transcription job

The Transcript generator is a standalone tool in your Content OS. Turn speech into text without running a full clip project, which helps podcasters ship show notes the same day they record.

Start a job

Open Transcript generator in the sidebar. Paste a public link or upload MP4, MOV, or MP3. Choose the spoken language and optional speaker labels, then submit. Progress appears on the jobs list with status updates until completion.

Monthly limits by plan

After completion

Open the finished job to read, edit, export, or search the transcript. Turn highlights into clips by sending them to a clip folder when you need short-form output for social.

Tips

Pick the correct language before processing. Clean audio improves accuracy and reduces correction time. Long files also count against your monthly video hours quota in addition to tool limits.
