Highlighting keywords automatically

Highlighted keywords draw the eye to what matters most in your message. Choppity can apply highlights automatically when you create a clip, and you can refine them later in the editor.

Turn on auto-highlight at create time

When you set up a clip, find Auto-highlight keywords under caption settings. Toggle Enabled on, then pick a highlight Color. Choppity detects important words and colors them automatically.

Fine-tune in the editor

1. Open the captions workspace and select the captions object.
2. Switch to the Highlight tab.
3. Pick a Color, then click individual words to add or remove highlights.

Combine with templates

If your team uses a saved template, highlight colors may follow brand guidelines. Owners can adjust allowed colors; collaborators choose which words are highlighted.
